02 Accounts & Registration

The Services and original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Clear Insights and its licensors.
- Trademarks: Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Clear Insights.
- User Data: You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant us a worldwide license to use that data solely to provide the Service to you.
- Feedback: If you choose to provide input and suggestions regarding problems with or proposed modifications to the Service, we may use such Feedback without any further obligation to you.
05 Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL CLEAR INSIGHTS, OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Service "As Is"
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Clear Insights makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.
06 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
